Since August 16th, we now have our products available at our new location, TVS Craft Supplies in Byron Center. They have lots of other craft supplies in addition to our products. You can also order from our website and select to pick it up there!
The store is located at 2495 84th Street SW, Suite B, Byron Center, MI 49315
If you select Local Pickup in Byron Center - and they have everything you ordered in stock, your order should also be ready within 30 minutes and available to pickup anytime they are open Tue-Fri 11-5 and Sat 11-3.
Here is where I need you to please be patient with us... in the event they do not have everything you ordered in stock (which will happen quite a bit in the beginning but hopefully a tad less as we learn to adjust what we stock there) then I will fill your order and mark it "IN TRANSIT TO BYRON CENTER" and then as soon as I get a chance to take it to the store, your order will change to "READY FOR PICKUP IN BYRON CENTER" and then we will send the normal email notification. (I know some of you don't receive those as they are in your spam folder... so if you are at all unsure check your spam folder, then check your order history on the TVS website as you can see the order status. And of course if you need your order quickly you are ALWAYS welcome and encouraged to send us an email or FB message and we can let you know if its something they have there, or what time your order could be ready, etc. This is especially true if you order during the weekend as we won't be doing as much normal order fulfillment then for the shipped orders. This is a very new situation for us but we will do our best to make it work well for as many people as possible!
If you need to be able to pick up the same day please ensure your order is placed before 2:00 PM. Otherwise there is a chance that if they don't have everything you ordered in the store, then it will be filled the following business day.
