US Shipping (also APO/FPO)
NEW SHIPPING INFORMATION STARTING JULY 2023:
Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday, until 3pm eastern time. After this time, we are not able to ship any more boxes until the next business day. We are unable to ship orders on weekends, holidays listed at the bottom of this page or if there is a weather or technology related issue (which would be posted to the front of our website). In those cases the order would ship the next business day possible. We offer both standard (usually USPS) and UPS Shipping and also a free shipping option.
Shipping prices for within the US
Our shipping is based on what you order and in some cases how far you are from our warehouse in Michigan.
Standard shipping price for all orders is $7.99. This in most cases will be sent USPS but there is a small chance we may upgrade it to UPS at our discretion based on cost/transit time.
UPS is offered to all states in the Continuous US for $9.99. If you select this do NOT USE A PO BOX. If you use a PO Box we will have to ignore your shipping preference and ship it via USPS.
We also offer a FREE SHIPPING option (carrier and method is at our discretion) for orders that are over $50.00 after all discounts and rewards... so based on what you are actually PAYING at the end. This option is available for all US states except Alaska and Hawaii (see below).
If you are in Alaska, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands,the free shipping price is $100 due to how expensive the shipping cost is for us.
Bulk orders over 20 pounds are subject to additional shipping fees depending on our actual cost. If there is an additional shipping cost needed we will contact you via email.
Delivery times:
Shipping is generally 2-5 business days (figure at least 1 more day during active periods of winter or severe weather either at our warehouse, your delivery location or anywhere along the route between), but that is an estimated time frame it is NOT GUARANTEED and it is not considered lost until 15 business days have gone by with no movement. Please do not email us upset that your order was not delivered in 2 days time. This is not something we state is guaranteed to happen and is much more common unfortunately since the COVID-19 Pandemic began in 2020.
